When I was a kid we hand milked our cows, but that's a rare thing now in the states. I enjoy your posts.

It should be. Commercial farmers in the US have a ton of machines to help

We boil and ferment some of our milk. It has lots of cream that we all like😊

Not any more, we sold our farm in the late 70s due economic conditions and drought. Now I work for a company that builds and installs large industrial equipment.
