Good morning!
I haven't bought tomatoes for 3 months now .. thanks to my cherry tomatoes.
Cherry tomatoes don't require your attention. I throw rotten ones to the garden, they rot and sprout. I will uproot and transplant them and that's it! 3 months later I am harvesting fresh cherry tomatoes from my kitchen garden! Zero care, zero agrochemicals, zero fertilizer because my kitchen garden is fertile enough!
One of the best things you can learn in life is producing your own food. Atleast plant a tomato or spring onions or coriander.
I am going to Maasai land today despite heavy rains in the morning. We will be a group of 7 or so people. There is this beautiful hill with big stones and the type of grass used for house thatching. We will walk for about 3 hours. I have prepared these amazing whole wheat flour and pumpkin mandazis (Fried bread) for the group and I cold water from my borehole. It is gonna be a lovely day!
